Manufactured from high-grade T2 pure copper using precision casting and forming processes. The distinct C-shaped open design allows for quick, tool-free slipping onto conductors or flat bars. The bottom interior features a stamped longitudinal reinforcing rib that significantly enhances the clamp's resistance to crushing under high tightening torque. The two ends are smoothly rolled and chamfered to prevent sharp edges from damaging the cable insulation or operator's hands during installation.
The high-purity copper material guarantees extremely low resistance and excellent current-carrying capacity, ensuring safe dissipation of fault currents. The open C-shape enables installers to easily apply the clamp to existing cables without needing to disconnect or thread the entire line, greatly simplifying on-site maintenance.
